A Note on Results

We plan and execute campaigns with care, but we do not guarantee radio placements, editorial playlists, press coverage, bookings, or audience growth. 1 Of 1 does not own Sparta or control placement on streaming platforms.

Monthly retainers cover 1 Of 1 Entertainment's strategy, artist development, account management, coordination, and stated service scope. Advertising spend, production costs, studio expenses, travel, publicists, influencers, radio promoters, video servicing, distribution platform costs, Content ID fees, legal services, government filing fees, merchandise manufacturing, and other third party expenses are billed separately unless expressly included in the client agreement. Promotional outreach does not guarantee media coverage, playlist placement, airplay, network programming, commercial results, or financial returns.

1 Of 1 Entertainment provides distribution and release administration support through eligible distribution platforms or approved partners. Delivery to digital service providers does not guarantee playlist placement, editorial support, streams, revenue, or acceptance by every platform. Ownership, royalty participation, account control, and distribution terms are governed by the applicable client and distribution agreements.
